HETO-Product (named after founder and inventor) is an adapter-and-wheel system or a cart designed to retrofit or upgrade medical carts, trolleys, and even heavy tables (including veterinary surgery tables) with next-generation invention.

In simple terms, we sell a high-performance cart or a wheel module with a unique adapter that can replace standard casters on existing equipment. This system directly addresses the key challenges:

The Challenge: Hidden Risks on Hospital Floors and Wheels

Hospital floors turn into germ highways fast. Within 24 hours many rooms harbor MRSA, C. difficile and, in veterinary settings, Salmonella, Campylobacter, E. coli, MRSP, Pseudomonas, even ringworm (Microsporum canis) They all ready to hitch a ride on wheels. Those microbes don’t stay put: they transfer to shoes, linens, high-touch items, and crucially the wheels on beds, carts, and equipment. Every roll can spread contamination from room to room, quietly undermining infection control.*

There’s a second threat: electrostatic discharge (ESD). Routine rolling can build >20kV of static, enough to glitch or disable sensitive devices. Real-world reports tie ESD to equipment malfunctions, injuries, and even deaths. In oxygen-rich areas, a tiny spark can ignite.*

Our system greatly improves cleanliness and infection control. Manually detachable, swap-ready wheels mean you can quickly exchange a used wheel for a clean one (if needed) when moving between clean and dirty areas, thus effectively eliminating floor-to-floor microbe transfer. Each wheel can then be properly disinfected off-site. Research shows that regular cleaning of wheels drastically cuts bacterial counts. By solving the hygiene issue, no more wheels tracking bacteria into various zones.

HETO wheels are built with ESD-safe materials, ensuring any electro-static charge dissipates into an ESD floor without harming equipment or staff. This solves the ESD problem by maintaining the protected environment that operating rooms and labs require. With Heto adapter, even older carts can be upgraded to meet the latest electrostatic safety standards (e.g. IEC 61340-5-1 for ESD). The result is safer surgeries and diagnostics, with no sudden electrostatic shocks or electronics errors.
